How do you screen and vet your team?

We maintain strict hiring standards. Every member of our team undergoes a rigorous screening process, including identity verification, an in-depth background check, and reference checks. They are thoroughly trained in our high standard of cleaning and pet-handling protocols before ever stepping foot in your home.

How do you handle home access and keys?

Most clients prefer to provide a digital lock code, a garage code, or leave a key in a secure lockbox on site. Whatever method you choose, your access information is kept strictly confidential, encrypted in our booking system, and never labeled with your actual address.

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies and equipment?

Yes! We arrive fully equipped with professional-grade cleaning supplies, microfibers, and high-quality vacuums. If you have a specific specialized cleaner you prefer we use on a certain surface (like a custom wood floor cleaner), just let us know and leave it out for us.

Are your cleaning products safe for pets and children?

Always. Because we specialize in both home cleaning and pet care, we are incredibly selective about what we use. Our standard cleaning products are eco-friendly, non-toxic, and 100% pet-safe, giving you a sparkling clean without any harsh chemical fumes or residues.

What is your satisfaction guarantee?

We take pride in our work, but if we ever miss a spot, we want to make it right. Contact us within 24 hours of your service, and we will send someone back to re-clean the area at no extra cost to you.

What happens during the initial 'Meet & Greet'?

Before we schedule your first dog walk or feeding visit, we require a complimentary 15-minute Meet & Greet at your home. This allows us to meet your dog in their comfortable environment, learn their unique personality, review their feeding and care routines, and securely test home access.

How do you handle reactive, anxious, or nervous dogs?

We treat every dog as an individual. During our initial Meet & Greet, please let us know about any triggers, fears, or reactivity your dog might have. We customize our walks and interactions to ensure they feel safe, secure, and stress-free while in our care.

Will I get an update after a pet visit?

You bet! We know how much you miss them while you're away. After every walk or drop-in feeding, you will receive a quick text or app update with a summary of how it went, confirmation that they pottied/ate, and a cute photo of your pup.

What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?

We know life happens and plans change! We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a 50% service fee to compensate our team for their reserved time slot.

Do I need to be home while you clean or care for my pets?

Nope! In fact, most of our clients are at work or running errands while we do our magic. As long as we have a verified way to safely access your home, you can go about your day and come home to a clean house and a happy dog.

When is payment due and what methods do you accept?

Payment is due upon the completion of your service. For your convenience, we securely accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and electronic bank transfers directly through our online client portal.
